EYE DISEASES
Cataract Surgery: Seamless cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation with eye-drop anesthesia using method of phacoemulsification.
Refractive Errors: Determination of refractive errors and prescription of glasses and contact lenses. Easy diagnosis with the use of corneal topography, wavefront, ocular response analyzer, anterior segment OCT exams as well as PRK, LASIK, LASEK, EPİ-LASIK, INTRALASE LASIK and CK (Conductive Keratoplasty) surgeries.
During eye examination, first of all, patients’ complaints regarding their vision problems are heeded and thereafter eyebrows, eyelids and viewing angle of the eye are examined according to patients’ complaints.
Patients’ refractive errors (if any) are measured using computerized ARM (autorefractometer) and retinoscope, and degrees of eyesight of both eyes are determined with and without glasses on. Eyelashes, conjunctiva, cornea and other components of anterior segment of the eye are carefully examined during biomicroscopy examination. Then eye pressure is measured.
