PATIENT AND RELATIVES RIGHTS
Relatives of patients are an integral part of the care process and are treated with respect, compassion, and dignity at our hospital.
They have the right to receive clear information about the patient’s condition and treatment, with the patient’s consent, and to ask questions to better understand the care process.
Our hospital provides a supportive environment for relatives, offering comfortable spaces, timely updates, and emotional support when needed. Feedback and concerns from relatives are welcomed and addressed promptly to ensure the best care for patients.

Every individual who applies to our hospital is entitled to access all services without discrimination based on language, religion, race, or sect. They have the right to be fully informed about the diagnosis, treatment options available at our hospital, and the procedures for accessing these services.
During the diagnosis or treatment process, whether within our institution or at a contracted center, patients have the right to request that their care continues at another institution. Furthermore, patients are entitled to seek relief from their pain and receive appropriate care to address their discomfort.

Services
Patients have the right to be informed about and to choose or change the physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel responsible for their care, including their identities, roles, and responsibilities. If a patient exercises their right to select personnel, change their doctor, or request a consultation, any additional fees incurred, as specified by regulations, will be the responsibility of the patient.
Patients have the right to refuse or stop their treatment, except in cases required by law. The physician explains the potential consequences, and the patient provides written acknowledgment. If treatment is refused, the patient's relationship with the institution is terminated. However, they retain the right to seek medical care in the future if they reapply.
Patients are entitled to receive care in a secure and confidential environment throughout their treatment. Personal information, health status, and medical records are kept strictly confidential, even after death. Disclosure of such information is only permitted with the patient’s explicit consent or a direct court order.
